A Case of Idiopathic Periureteral Fibrosis

Abstract

|
|
Recently the first case of idiopathic periureteral fibrosis in Korea was expulenced.
The patient was a 18 year-old female, complaining right flank dull pain. The right ureteral obstruction due to periureteral fibrosis was confirmed by operation. Ureterolysis and intubated ureterostomy of right ureter was performed with uneventful recovery.
